Kuitkat seville orange....
« on: October 14, 2004, 10:13:18 pm »
I found this to be  a little bit too strong tasting for me.The orangey bit reminds me of marmalade and that's not good.

I have to agree....very, very bitter. Shame really, as this could have been a delicious chocolate, if only a little sweeter!

Seville oranges are supposed to be bitter. They are grown for marmalade making. They have an irregular shape and you can't really eat them like normal oranges.
Old but spicey!

I thought it was ok. Not bitter at all.

In saying this, I do find orange creams, etc disgusting.

I think the orange taste in itself is OK, but doesn't go with the chocolate.

I think the orange is too strong even on its own.

So do I.  I'm sure I can still taste the one I ate yesterday and I've cleaned my teeth at least three times since!
