where i work, lindt only let us have 2 cases, and we've run out and wont supply anymore  don't know if they're discontinuing or just putting it back 2 the big department stores.

What a pleasure it must be to eat something with that much cocao, but i
think that it would be far better for cooking with (forgive the
blasphemy please.) You would probably only have to use a little bit to
get a chocolate taste throughout the dish - maybe a chocolate fondant
or something.



(I've made my own mouth water now...) - Only 2 months till i can go to chocolate heaven...

Have you checked out www.swisschocolatebox.com yet? It's fab and full of delicious unusual swiss chocolate bars and chocolate boxes. You can also buy gourmet chocolates from them.
