Lindt 99% Cocoa Solids

Have anyone tried this? Me and my other half brought some on Tuesday out of curiosity and it is very bitter. Almost like eating pressed cocoa powder.

Not for the lovers of Milky Bar out there

Me too. Anything over 80% is too much. Apart from the cocoa solids what were the other ingredients?

I've got some garden dirt out the back if anyone would like to compare it with the Lindt.

It would probably come in useful for someone in chocolate withdrawal trauma.

The other ingredients are: cocoa mass, fat reduced cocoa powder, cocoa butter and demerara sugar.

The demerara sugar must be the other 1%

That must taste vile. Dont know about anyone else but the 85% Lindt makes my legs feel weak if I eat too much of it. Must be the caffeine.

Yes I have tried it. It is possibly the nicest chocolate I have ever tasted. If you ever want to know what real chocolate is, then this is it. It is extremely strong and only for real cocoa lovers. You only need to eat 1 small square.
