I'm really happy today. 4 weeks ago I bought a dress a size too small and was determined to get into it for my birthday. Now with almost two weeks to go I have got it on. Still a little tight,er than i would like round my hips but the zip is right up and I can sit down in it without it splitting.  All this salad and airwalking is paying off.

For breakfast I had melba toast and marmite. Around eleven I had banana and weightwatchers toffee yogurt. At three it was satsuma, apple and fruesli bar time and tea was chicken, wholemeal pasta and salad. Unfortunately I cannot get the gingerbread men out of my head and I really want a crunchie but instead I will have a pear while I watch Celebrity love island.

Well done lou.

Buying a dress a size too small is a really good way to diet.

Doesn't work with the chaps though.

Old but spicey!

I don't know Spicy - I bought some leather chaps and lost half a stone trying to get into them

My god! What an adventurous sex life you have!

Did you not try some vaseline?

What were the chaps' names and do they do rubber too?

I think wholemeal spaghetti is much nicer than white and I like brown rice but I'm not so keen on wholemeal pasta.

We cooked brown rice the other day. It was awful, it just stayed hard.

Give me a nice white basmatic or Thai rice any day.
