Low flying aircraft

Has anyone else seen this?  it went over Nottingham at about 10:15am just above rooftop hight going at high speed.  Deafening roar as it went past to the south east.

We have a lot of low flying military aircraft in our skies because we live near RAF Wittering. Nottingham is not too far from military bases around the Lincolnshire coast so may be they were a bit off course??!!
