The term "creamier" suggests an upward moderation from "creamy". Therefore, "more creamier" is superfluous (??) and also bad English!
I'll go along with 'now more creamy' or even 'nowcreamier' but 'more creamier?'. Still it wouldn't surprise me,the standard of English nowadays....(walks off into the sunset,wringing her hands and muttering darkly to herself).
