Kit Kat mango and Aero Bubbles
« on: April 29, 2005, 04:49:57 pm »

Tried both of these this week. The Kit Kat Editions Mango and Passion Fruit was far too sweet. The filling was nice and sharp but the chocolate was overpoweringly sweet.

Aero Bubbles are very moorish. They may well be the in-front-of-the-telly nibble of the year. You can pop them in and suck them or nibble them like you can with Maltesers.

Old but spicey!

The Kit Kat Editions Mango and Passion Fruit may have been better if they contrasted it with dark chocolate instead, but it was alright. Must agree with you on the Aero Bubbles - very addictive and good for snacking.

Personally I prefer the normal mint Aero over the Bubbles. They just
dont taste as good. I hope they do some different flavours of Aero
Bubbles at some point.

Oh yeah the KK Editions chocolate is far too sweet, dark choc might be nice, or just delicious rich milk chocolate

Agree with all of that particularly the comment about dark chocolate suiting the mango and passion fruit better.

Nestle just can't do milk chocolate I'm afraid.

I once found these little sticks of Nestle dark chocolate in B&M (forget the product name now as I haven't seen 'em since) and they were absolutely delicious and just the perfect size to subdue a chocolate craving. It's sad that they don't produce more dark chocolate inspired products.

The Aero bubbles are extremly moreish. I am looking forward to/dreading the day I buy one of the 'to share' pouches

I liked both of the Kit Kats. I have tried both now and they are a welcome change. As is the caramel editions.

Everyone knows 'To share' means 'to scoff all by yourself, but you can pretend you're not being greedy in the supermarket'.

I shall remember this whenever I see a woman buying a pouch of chocolates.

They do the same thing with 'Meals for One'. One what? One ant? They're tiny - therefore you buy the 'serves two' (which really does serve one) and pretend you're not single!
