Is chocolate your vice in life? Can you literally not go a single day without chocolate?

I would be more embarrassed to be on Channel 5 than admit I had a chocolate habit!

Five does some good documentaries but that's about all.

Oh yes, I wouldn't miss that.

My aunt is a chocoholic. She literally eats ot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It may sound like fun but she is always unwell.

Living on one food, even something 'healthier' than chocolate, is bad for you. You need a balanced diet - and no, that doesn't mean the same amount of chocolate at each meal!

She doesn't seem to eat anything else. She is lucky in that she doesn't
put on weight but she has very bad skin, doesn;t have any energy, bad
teeth and a lot of general aches and pains.
