Whatever happened to Cabana bars   They were chocolate covered bars filled with pink coconut and cherry bits, they also brought out a melon version. They were little bits of heaven

I remember Cabana's were a bit like a Bounty but with a pinky coconut middle with red and green bits in it.  A rare treat as my pocket money was only 10p per week!!

There was no green bits in any of my Cabanas and the red was cherries. I think some people are confused.

Loulou,Choc Chick lets get back to Cabana bars ,im sure this restaurant is very nice but its not going to help confirm or deny the existance of melon cabanas.....i to have no memory of these bars, and as a child was lead to believe that my town was often used as a form of chocolate bar testing ground due to its isolation....melon cabanas i dont think so......

Mystery solved everyone - Melon Cabanas didn't appear in Edwood's isolated town, so therefore it can't possibly have existed.

Or could it? I have it on good authority that the bar was released for a very limited period in just one location in the US. A restaurant. In New York. Now if only someone could tell us about it...
