Hello wjp666. It's good to meet you. Wow what a week you've had, it sounds just awful. I am really glad you're recovered enough for them to let you go home. I hope you get back to whatever you consider normal for you, ASAP.
I come from a nursing family and agree that most nurses are under-appreciated. They're mostly incredibly over-worked people, just trying to get all their jobs done as quickly as possible and not forget that at the end of the day the people they care for are often worried, confused, scared and in pain.
Now.. On to things you have you missed, here are some things I have noticed.
Firstly as you say lovely Mr Murray won Wimbledon, that was pretty awesome.
Then there's the thing about it being a little bit warm and sunny recently, it's a shame to have missed that.
The last episode of this series of Criminal Minds was on on Monday, that was good too, I'm sorry you missed that.
The first 3D printer is now on sale in Maplins. It comes in kit form though, and the manufacturers say it will take about 10 hours to put it together, so I think you'd have to really want one.
Oh and I joined the forum. That was a pretty important part of my week. lol
