Cherry Vanilla Crusha
« on: August 20, 2012, 12:18:03 pm »
I know there are a few Crusha milkshake mix fans on the site so I thought I'd let you know about a limited edition, Cherry Vanilla, that I bought from Morrisons today. I got four bottles as I'm a fan and thought this flavour would really hit the spot. I was not disappointed. It's very nice. Not too sweet, and a good cherry flavour comes through. It would be lovely on a really good vanilla ice cream too.  i think I'll have to go back fro some more!

Yes, I can just imagine filling my stomach with the crap that constitutes a Crusha. Do the people of Earth not want to eat properly anymore? We're heading for a massive problem in the future...

I will look out for this. I had a bottle of black cherry crusha a few years ago; i never saw it in the supermarkets but it came from a cash & carry in Croydon. I've only just finished my limited vanilla ice cream flavour from a few summers back, it was more then a little out of date lol.
Anyone else notice that the chocolate one changed completely around 2006? it went from a runny liquid to a thick gloopy syrup that just clings to the glass no matter how hard you stir. It changed the taste and ruined it :(

I remember the Black Cherry Cash & Carry bottles Muggy. They did pineapple flavour in that size too. This Cherry & Vamilla one is very nice.

Obviously, my post was aimed at Crusha fans. I eat a perfectly healthy diet and my indulgence in such delights as a glass of Crusha now and then is hardly going to kill me off. If you are horrified by the idea of consuming such things, then don't. Simples!

Oh yeah I'd forgotten about the pineapple one. I do'nt drink Crusha's often so they normally go out of date but i still drink them. however when the pinapple expired it went really dark brown with swirly sediment!!
Looked like Stiflers beer in american pie, LOL
Needless to say that one went down the sink.

I had a glass of cool, frothy Cherry Crusha tonight when I got home from work. It was lovely!  I've got some Lime Crusha that has gone out of date but I still drink it. Shame about the Pineapple Muggy. You did the right thing though - it sounded nasty.

i like a nice chocolate Frijj.

Frijj is too thick for me. I am not keen on thick, gloopy milkshakes.

I be honest, the one I really like is the one from those shops ( anyone can make them, themselves, if there have a blender)

scope of Ice cream, Sweets, plus milk, but I can see any reason why you could not add Bounty and add in a few Fresh cherries.
