golden globes last week, oscars to follow... just wondering what all this forums film fans think should win this year?

Haven't seen hardly any of the nominees yet
Though Gary Oldman was very good in tinker tailor.

i'm normally very on the ball with this sort of thing, but last year and this month has been so busy i just haven't had time to watch any recent movies. i feel ashamed to call myself a film fan right now! the best i can recommened is Kung Fu Panda 2 for best animation!

gary oldman is generally flawless in everything he does. plus it's about time he won best actor.

watched Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes last night and absolutely loved it. more interesting was the behind the scenes footage of Andy Serkis doing the motion capture. this may be controversial but i truly believe he needs a best actor nomination for this. it was truly incredible.
