Bring back Bitz! I always felt so grown-up if I was given Bitz as a child. And Pyramint - the proper boxed Pyramid-shaped ones, not the pointless bar.
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

And i want one of the Cadbury's Oranges and Lemons bars. I don't think I had one back then.
I do remember the Peppermint Crunchie's though. The honeycomb was green and mint flavoured. It was fantastic. If all those bars were around now - I'd be 30 stone!

Oh yes!!!!  Thanks so much for finding that Oldspice - I had a quick look through but will return when I have more time.  Some of the sweets brought back happy memories too - Blobs, and Frother Bars!

Not at all. Robert Opie started collecting wrappers when he was about 11 years old. I think he started with a Munchies wrapper, although I can't be sure. His collection has earned him a fortune!

Maybe I should get my wrapper collection up on the web somehow. I think I started from about 2003/2004 but I do have a handful which are a lot older than that

Nice find Oldspice, proof indeed that brit choc has got way less adventurous in its flavours since the 70's :(  and coffee choc has practically died out :'(
I will get round to scanning in all my wrappers & starting a facebook page one day. Been collecting since 94, but only the limited edition ones.
