bob anderson, the bloke who stood in for sword fighting stunts in major movies, has now gone aged 89... he did all darth vader's stuff. how sad that we're all familiar with his work and used to seeing him onscreen but would never recognise him for being him.

Whitney Houston is now dead, such a shame at 47. lets all thank bobby brown for getting her in to drugs.

Well, we don't know that drugs played a part in her death yet, do we?  Sadly, plenty of people die of natural causes in their forties.

I was just thinking of the concept of 'rest in peace' when it comes to Whitney. I reckon there's no chance of anyone in heaven resting peacefully for a while with her belting out 'AND I-E-I-E-I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU-OU-OU-OU-OUWILLALWAYS LOVE YOU....'

Still, even though I didn't like her much, she will be a huge loss to many.

Oh my God. Davie Jones has died. I was never a great Monkees fan but oh boy! he had such a dear, sweet, face. My husband had the record I'm a Believer at our wedding reception so i do have a big soft spot for them.
