Although it wasn't forecast for this region - we have woken up this morning to a covering of snow and - looking at the sky - we are in for some more.

I hate the stuff. 623 seems keen enough to have some - so I am willing God to move the bloody stuff from north Cambridgeshire to the east coast of Scotland. OK 623?

No - send it to the south coast please!  We did have a few flakes last night but nothing settled.  I LOVE it!

we've had some snow here too. nothing too serious, but it's a start.

That's not fair, you're only down the road!  How come it's missed me out?  Hope we get some tonight.

Having seen LouLou's photo of all the snow up North I'm quite jealous, even though I wouldn't last 5 minutes in the cold up there :)
(and I'm only jealous while it's the weekend, getting through snow for work is a pain).

Yes, that photo was seriously scary - I don't think I've seen snow like that, ever!

I can't ever remember seeing snow in November. Additionally - I don't remember the temerature falling so low in November. If this is a taste of things to come this winter I'm going to come back as a hampster!

So Goblal warming?   more like the cooling down? that what people said would happen in 70's

Anyways we now have lots of snow, and lots of slow traffic, but I was on the bus today going down the hill and it went parlty sideway for some of the journey down the hill
