Its up to Scottish parliament to add in this holiday for the Scottish region , ( Sir Alex had to pass the extra Jubilee one for 2012) and no one in the Scottish office has said anything

I don't see why William would make a better king than Charles. Charles has some good values and attributes and has had a long time to prepare. William is little more than a pin up boy at the moment.
