It not my fault half of Scotland don't do Easter ( go back 15 years and no one did Easter in terms of a local hoilday)

As I pointed out 623, many people have to work over Easter, it's not exclusive to Scotland. However, all the shops down here are closed on Easter Sunday (as they should) and that may not be the case in Scotland. Are you going to be working or enjoying a rest?

My husband and son will both be working all four days of the Easter weekend for standard rate of pay.  That's just the way it is in the hotel industry and I long ago stopped moaning about it.  I will be enjoying the rest and trying not to eat too much chocolate.

My daughter will be working (paramedic) but my son, husband and I will be enjoying a day off.
