Blue Riband Dark
« on: February 13, 2010, 08:52:04 am »
This one caught me by surprise. Given how blue riband and breakaway are almost always on offer I didn't think they'd have the resources to come up with a dark variety.
It's quite good, better imho than a normal blue riband. Not sure it's good enough to become a regular bar for me though (penguin wafer and penguin big sticks are too nice).

I had blue ribands for breakfast yesterday. I pronounce them riband but my friend says ribbon.

You did!?  I think the only chocolate I could have at breakfast is hot and in a cup.

What you're having Fruit & Nut, a glass of orange juice and nothing else?

I had the fruit and nut and orange juice at 6.30am , had my bath, then had some cornflakes and a cup of tea before going to work at 8.30am.
At 1.15pm i had some pasta with garlic and chilli bolognese sauce and a slice of garlic bread with cheese, washed down with some cream soda cos the shop was sold out of ginger beer.
At 4pm I had 2 malted milk biscuits , a banana and a cup of tea.
5.30pm Yay pub time = 2 double vodka, lime and sodas (watch the low cal drink there):)
7.00pm poached eggs on toast.
Not really healthy eating i suppose but not the worst diet in the world is it.
