WHAT HEAT WAVE???

where is this so called heat wave?  I not seen it, is it just for people on teh south coast

We had four lovely sunny days here. I didn't need a coat for work even though I leave at 7.30am. Of course, you can't expect a heatwave in Scotland!

We had a very wet and windy weekend. On Sunday the rain was relentless. We had to travel down to Essex for a family gathering but by the time we arrived (2.30pm) the rain had stopped. Over those two days we had a huge amount of rain which is welcome because we have seen very little over the summer.

I was at a bit of a loose end so went back to August 1976.  Lovely and warm, funny feet ice creams but rather a lot of lady birds.

We had great weather here on the south coast last week 623 so maybe your theory was correct.

I would not mind so much but there STUPID weather people just used simple terminology to class everyone the the same

I was 6 years old and spent a day in Margate.  My back got absolutely nuked that day; I've never known such pain!!!

I have had to wear a coat all week and yesterday it was gloves and scarf weather. Absolubtely freezing.

we had to turn the cnetral heating on this week. sigh. hello winter!

It's very sunny today but not very warm. It's just the day for wrapping up and going for a brisk walk, kicking up the autumn leaves and soaking up the light before the winter really kicks in!
