There have been some very heated philosophical debates over the centuries (do humans really have souls? Does anything really exist outside language? Is there an after-life?) But the Jaffa Cake - biscuit or cake? debate never stops. However, as the great deconstructionist Derrida has now died, it is unlikely that this problem will ever truly be solved.
