A VERY STRONG Worded Email!
« on: August 31, 2009, 09:39:34 am »
I deiced to complain big time to the very bad staff at Morrison,My email is very strongly worded, no swearing or rude words.

its all because the Customer service just put my enquire in the bin.

Would anyone like to see it?

also have you ever had a bad time with Customer services?

Was that your enquiry about the music they were playing recently or was it an enquiry about the quality of goods and/or services they offer?

Both, it turned out the customer service people just never did anything about my enquire and when I phoned up 3 days later to speak with someone else IE manager it turns out the window of opportunity had passed thus the information was no longer kept.  So Customer service failed and lied to me,

Thank you for you reply.  I have deicide to make full Blown complaint against you so called Customer service department.  I have no idea what to call them, maybe a bunch of clucky chicken flapping about doing nothing actually sounds a lot better. Although you have been helpful and this is more direct at the cause of all these problems.

I’m not complaining because you were unable to found the song/ playlist of 18th August, that would pointless and would also not be your fault in any instance.

I’m complaining because I DID do everything correctly, I give you staff enough time and ALL the reverent information to be able to actually go found what I requested.

But alas there decide to do nothing  and then actually continual to go on with there Devious  lies and actually make a customer believe there were actually doing something helpful when in fact there where not bothering there backside,   this is pure Bone idol, the people working in that office.

It does not matter how Mundane the request is to customer service, if you working in customer’s service, you are there to represent the company and help the customer with there enquire no matter what, and if you can’t then you are in the wrong job!

When I phone back up 3 days later, and somehow got through to the correct department it turns out you bone idol staff never pasts the details on, and also means the window of opportunely had also pasted to get the information. If there actually past it on, there where were suppose to, then I would have the information I request.

Subtext: "If we had pulled our finger out and done something we could have helped; but unfortunately we were too ignorant and lazy to get it done"

So what the sorry state of affairs of the chicken house call centre?   If you were able to found the correct person, why then couldn’t the staff not have just past the enquire over to you?  That would have sorted everything.  But no instead it went in the bin.  I would also like to ask about this missing Ref number I was supposed to get? Why I was never given on?

It also a shame that Morrisons can not, give me the Database of music tracks which are being used on your radio system (NOT THE PLAYLIST) I mean the actually list of songs which are being used for you station, I dare say around 1000 songs, (as station s only tends to use X amount of music as it easier to keep an eye out what’s being played, especial with PRS ( MPCS ) come knocking at the down with there licensing request)  even that would make it more possible to found this song, I could look though the list, And found it!

I hope something good comes out of this, as for me I seen nothing be Devious, bone idol member of staff from Morrison, expect for you and Mark from the radio department.  And I’m left very annoyed and frustrated about how simple I mist out found a piece of information about and how bad your bottom end staff are.

You’re sincerely
