The record is stuck
« on: March 23, 2009, 08:58:06 pm »
Ever get moments where you wish that you NEVER put the radio on? I did about 2 weeks ago and I am now having a major issue.

At the time it was playing Simply Red's Fairground and I still have the bloody thing in my head rattling on and on.

Anyone help me change the bloody record, it's stuck and I need to change it as its driving me nutz.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I would love to but "3" broad band does not have the "Quoted" bandwidth to view them.

Theyre a bunch of liars that "3" are... They quote that you get a T1 (= bloody fast) but most I get is 140kbps. So much for broadband, more narrow band, so I need downloadables.

Try switching  the record in your head to something else. Think hard about another record. I suggest Kylie's "I just can't get you out of my head"................
Old but spicey!

the worst case i've had of this was a couple of years ago, when i just wans't sleeping and i had that bloody Numa Numa song stuck fast in my head. it was there for days, and i think it was made worse by not understanding the words. it didn't go until i slept properly. maybe you need to get some more sleep?
I reject your reality and substitute my own.

This one's easy.  Just plug your head into early grindcore like Napalm Death or Carcass.  Alternatively, migraine inducing gabber/speedcore like Delta 9 or Disciples Of Annihilation helps.

Well I fired up my media player and got it to ick one at random and it picked a Prodidgy Tune, Narayan (extended mix)

So now I have an "In the mix" going on in my noggin.

Have you got Val Doonican's cover of that?
