Xocai Health Chocolate MLM scam
« on: March 19, 2009, 10:32:15 pm »
If you dig and scratch away, you will soon get to the truth.

They want $40 to enrol you in to the company as a distributoe and if your in the UK, your luck, you can order ONE, yes, that ONE case of these chocolates nuggets for $110 a box of 100

$150 for ONE box of chocolates!

What is it? Well it appears to be chocolate and some berry that is high in antioxidants and other elements that they use to sell their "Health" chocolate.

Fact that they want money upfront before they process your application is a sure clear sign that something smelly in the kipper department is going on.

Lets face it, if the founder of this product has made $300 million in retail, WTF is he / she / they doing selling in a pyramid scheme for? This I might add is a product that I have never seen on any of the UK supermarket shelves, have you?

If you read the articles and many sites that link in to this endorsed product, the one doctor is a doctor of law, another reads like a quack forn the middle 1800's selling a tonic, fact all he needs is a hoses, hat and waggon and he fits the bill.

This is one product to watch for, expecially because the cost, who in their right mind would pay for a chocolate that is a few gramms when you can buy "Regular" chocolate that is just as good and none of the guff and your getting 10 times as much.

Heads up people...

I don't think any of us here are gullible enough to be interested in xocai.

It's not $150, your actually signing up to buying a minumum number of boxes per month. So your talking about $500 a month to cover your agreed amount (if you read the fine print). If you really want to sign up, I can lend you my hammer drill, you would need it to drill a hole in your head, unless you have money to burn, this is a win only scheme for the VP's at the top.

Besides that, its a pyramid scheme, even if you buy the product, your expected to enrol two members and you do not start earning any commission until you do.

In the UK... that is illegal.

Unfortunately for MXICORP, my hands are tied and I have to take the required steps to ensure that the public authorities are aware, they are also acting illegally in advertising the product as a "Health" chocolate, that is a BIG NO NO in the UK, it is a suppliment at the end of the day, not a health drink because theirs no medical trials or independent studies to guage their claims are correct.

Unlike the affiliate links that show up here that are legal, the Xocai link and their marketing method as it stands is illegal. My hands are tied, I have to report this to the authorities which I tried to earlier this evening but the police were not intrested, mainly because theyre too bloody thick to understand whats going off with the company who are "Expanding" in to the UK markets.

Well they are going to have a bit of a shock when the GMC,OFT, and DTI start knocking on MXICORP's doors.

YEAH!   It gets better!!!

If you recieve stuff in a damages or unfilt condition and you do not sign to say it was recieved damaged or unfit for consumption... Your lumbered with it as they will not credit you for the return.

Now... What size drill bit do you want, diamond tipped or plain old tungsten carbide?

Well the Thick Plottens....

Chrystal Denys at the amreican embassy fobbed me off, So I went to the Police, they were not intrested because they didn't see "any" crime taking place in this country.

After talking with Trading standards, they passed this straight over to the enforcement section because they confirm that this is a "Pyramid" scheme and was concerned that the police did not take action on this.

All joking apart, this is a serious fraud going on.

In fact, tell them to go shove it up their arses, go to Thorntons and buy the following:

or

They're only £1.79 a box and are exactly the same as that Xocai crap.  I can personally vouch for the Berry Boost and it's yummy-tummy-tastic!

Check 'em all here - http://www.thorntons.co.uk/ThorntonsSite/category/Chocolate%20Collections_Chocolate%20Blocks.htm?viewall=true

Net, I'm assuming you don't have a job and have a lot of time on your hands at the moment?

I can sympathise netbuddy. I have suffered from insomnia all of my life but just recently it has got a lot worse.  It's very distressing.

I've found a hot milky drink before bed and spraying lavender on my pillow knocks me out. It has to be better than the glass of brandy i got into the habit of taking at bedtime. Every night i would go to bed at a different time and always woke at 2.45am so i stayed up a few nights to see if anything happened at that time such as a milkman or a car pulling up but nothing and I got so distressed i started to sleep on the sofa trying to break the habit and in the end went to the dr and begged for sleeping pills. I took them for 1 week and was ok then as soon as i stopped taking them the waking at 2.45 started again. Now i concentrate on trying to wear myself out at work so i will be exhausted and sleep through. It's working but the odd dreams are back and  i dream i am stopped in the street by Theo (from Dragons Den) and he is asking if i can sell him some rubiks cubes. Why was he wearing a full length red velvet coat and being chauffeur driven around Tynemouth in a limousine looking for rubiks cubes and why when i tell him i have them he insists he only wants ones in battered packaging?

It's strange because I have been bothered by horrible dreams too. I wake with a terrible sense of dread and terror in my chest.  I too started taking a glass full of brandy before bed but I found that, although it got me off to sleep, I would wake up an hour or so later and lay awake for hours.  I do take Nytol now and then but try to have a two week break between week-long doses.

I have the opposite problem - I can't stay awake!  I'm so permanently knackered that I can only watch a TV programme standing up doing the ironing or something or I'm out like a light.  On the plus side, I rarely wake up during the night or have nasty dreams - I just don't have time to sleep enough!
