Forum Upgrade (fingers crossed)

OK, so I'm going to try upgrading the forum to the latest version tonight (probably starting around 10ish).
It's a major version change so lots of things can go wrong I'm sure. Therefore by tomorrow (or late tonight) you might see a shiney new version or the same old one (although they might look the same anyway  :) ).
All going well it should add some handy new features.

The last time this happened I got stuck on the old version and it took 6 weeks to GET on to the New one. ( what happened to the investigation? ;)

OK, theme needs some work, and there might be a few other glitches as I update modifications to the code.
(shoutbox is offline at present but trying to upgrade it).
Please post any other problems or issues you come across.

Looks like i've got quite a few images that needs copying, but after that it might be ok....(waits for long list of errors)

New forum features:
   Shoutbox is now 'on top' and minimisable
   Review forum can now be posted into by anyone for new reviews (I get to approve them before they're displayed :) )
   Karma added - if someone posts something helpful you can give them good karma
   Warning levels added - for naughty posters, increasing warnings leads to a ban
(probably more new features in here that I haven't checked out yet).

It sure is in-line but its a now show as well

I have notices that the top menu is now in the std forum colours of blue or is that intentional?

Just haven't gotten around to colouring all the new images, the blue should be gone by the end of the day (expect the reappearance of the non-forum navigation buttons as well)
