anyone tried this slim choc?
« on: February 21, 2009, 04:33:22 pm »
Chocolate which helps you lose weight by actually burning calories as you eat it? It sounds wonderful.

£37 for a 40-day supply of Slim Choc. The manufacturers claimed that eating the 'slimming chocolate' could help users lose 20lb in just 20 days, without exercising or cutting back on food.

Are we surprised it's a giant con and doesn't work?

If you are diabetic and you don't eat it, do you still get diarrhoea?

Aparently diabetic chocolate as it stands, most diabetics can eat normal chocolate with guidance from a dietary advisor who will reccomend a maximum amount per day / week.

If you eat allot of normal chocolate it will give you diarrhoea.

Mind you, too much of anything will give you a dose of the Two bob bits. Seems that to have it is your bodys natural defense, so chucking immodium down your gullet is only going to make you more ill as your body tries to get rid of the toxins, the immodium prevents the body from releasing said toxins.

So to have them is perfectly normal and to stop them is detrimantal to your health, one article I recently read stated that in a study, patients with a bowel infection causing diarrhoea were treated and took twice as long as the group who were not treated to recover from the same ailment.
