We have snow here. It has been flurrying for about an hour. More is predicted for tonight. It seems it may be heavy here overnight. I hope not. It makes walking to work so difficult. I end up walking on the grass so I don't slip. I have to wear boots but because they have a king of bow on the side, i can't wear them with trousers! Have to put my fur-lined walking boots on. Very sexy!

We had a light dusting a few minutes ago but it's all gone now.  At least it encouraged a few more tits to go on my nuts.

Oh I see *blush* I never thought of that.  I meant Great Tits obviously.  They need to eat a lot in cold weather.

Have you got much snow now Lou?  I'm told you should expect up to six inches during the night.

It's a long time since I've had 6 inches during the night. The snow did not settle here and now it is raining.

Snow here was coming down in a funny shape when I was on my way home. It was more like a hale stine but the shape of it was like cone shaped or pyramid with rounded corners for about 2 minutes solid and that made the air very icy. I tried taking a picture on my mobile phone don't know what that is like as I have to empty my phone memory to the flash card in order to get it off, whooot!

I took one last night to see if the camera on my phone would pick up the snow that was coming down like hale.

Today I took a picture from my window looking out towards the BT building thats visible in the distance.

I must say that this is the most snow I have seen in the city and funny as lots of people complaining about the snow, its been grid lock on the road outside for the last 2 hours and the snow is still falling. It doesn't bother me too much, I grew up in the country so a little smidgin of snow like this is just what the doctor ordered, sorts the men from the boys, eh!

Fact I remember having to dig the drive and cars out because we had just over 6ft of snow over night and it was strange to come down to the lounge and open the curtains and see a small slit of light at the top of the window, now we get an inch and the country grinds to a halt!
