Kit Kat Gold was released in Japan. Do you know what's in it?
Btw, Triple Chocolate Kit Kat - is that still around? I think that should be a nice one to try, barring the fact that it's made by Hershe'y in the US.
Kit Kat Gold (Japan) - has a fudge like covering with dusted cocoa powder on outside

Would it be fair to say that world wide, Kit Kat's have brought out the most flavours?
Though Cadbury and Nestle in Australia are quite adventurous.

Yes, but Kit Kat is just a Nestle brand. So it would be them to thank for their innovation (?).
i get depressed every time i learn of a new kitkat coming out anywhere outside the u.s....its really pathetic that our most exciting one is like 'triple chocolate'...not gonna lie, its fun having to go hunting so as to acquire these foreign kitkats, but it can get a bit pricey...
actually, there's no caramel involved..its a cocoa powder dusting
