Dark Maltesers and Cappuccino (sp?) Maltesers
« on: November 18, 2008, 08:23:37 am »
Just back from Hong Kong (fantastic place) where I tried both of these in the interests of research - both good - preferred the Cappuccino of the two, which is surprising as I don't usually like coffee flavour chocolate.  Also tried Milo Nuggets which were ok.

I'd definitely love to try these - but Hong Kong is a long way to go to do so!

Was it a good trip GC?

Smashing. Any chance of attaching the actual Maltesers now?
Do it in such a way that I can pick them off the screen.

Hmmm, that might be a little tricky.   Yes thanks Oldspice, it was a brilliant little holiday - it's an amazing place.

I should have brought some back with me shouldn't I?  The shop they sold them in was directly opposite the hotel too.

Well.............I have loads of Milky Way Midnight minis and milk chocolate ones (with extra caramel) and MALT. God they taste so good.
Milk Duds are fab too and Charleston Chews and Nestle dark chocolate raisins and (oh my god!) 100 Grand bars are old Toffee Crisps with less crisp and a huge bit of chewy caramel in the middle.
Baby Ruths are a nicer version of a Marathon and hot Tamales are lovely chewy cinnammon jelly beans.
I didn't know whether to faint or shit myself when I saw a Cinnabon shop and the range of Pilsbury ready to bake cinnamon rolls. I'll keep you guessing what I ended up doing...

Just Florida, Oldspice.

I could easily put on stones in weight. If you haven't tried these, I think they must have a similar effect to crack cocaine.
