reading the reviews in the chocolate page (of this site, obviously) I've noticed that there are no one gianduia chocolate. I guess only in Italy gianduia chocolate is eaten, or not? And another thing... Bounty Hunter, are you a great expert in 'temperature at which you must eat chocolate'?

Gianduia sounds like it may contain praline. I dont' like praline. i find a lot of continental chocolate contains praline. However, at Christmas I was given a box of M&S Italian chocolates and the fillings were delish - Zabaglione

Gianduia chocolate is a mix of cocoa and powdered gianduia nuts, it is very tasty. Usually you can est bars or the very famous Gianduiotti chocolates. But it doesn't contain praline absolutely.

Thankyou Loulou, but I am indeed ONLY an expert in birds. Everything else is just cos I'm well read and have an OU degree. I'm no expert.
