Tacos with mince and carrots in salsa sauce with grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese, topped with sour cream and a side seving of cheese nachos and tomato ones.

I cooked roast beef with roast potatoes, carrots and homemade cauliflower cheese. I must admit that I don't always do a roast on a Sunday but I mostly cook healthy food at the weekend with lots of veg and fresh fruit salads.
