No, I had a tin of Mackeral in tomato sauce on dry toast with some smoked ham flavour crisps sprinkled on top.

Roast dinners seem a bit too filling. I had mash and veggies with cheese sauce for tea.

Tacos with mince and carrots in salsa sauce with grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese, topped with sour cream and a side seving of cheese nachos and tomato ones. BURP!

I cooked roast beef with roast potatoes, carrots and homemade cauliflower cheese. I must admit that I don't always do a roast on a Sunday but I mostly cook healthy food at the weekend with lots of veg and fresh fruit salads.

My roast dinner was all made from scratch with fresh meat and veg. No Sudan 1 anywhere.
