People adding apostrophes where they are not needed (and in the same document missing them out from places they should be) annoys me

My boss is one of these people who just sticks an apostrophe wherever he sees an 's' at the end of a word!!

A lot of people seem to think plurals with an s need an apostrophe. Let's not beat about the bush. It's IGNORANCE.
