There's a restaurant in Stockholm where the kitchen is in the middle of a big pool and the staff load your plate onto a radio controlled boat which you then have to steer back to your seat, which is around the outside of the pool. Sadly I can't remember the restaurant's name as I also became rather too acquainted with akvavit that night, but it's worth seeking out - great fun when you end up with someone else's order!
