We sure did! At least four inches on the ground this morning - and still snowing. It doesn't take much for the people of Peterborough to give up and stay indoors. As a city, we are cut off by a series of "parkways" - like motorways that circle the city. If they are blocked - you can't get in!

Also, we are surrounded by remote villages and funny little towns (March, Wisbech, Whittlesey, Coates, Holbeach, Ramsey) and many of our students are collected from their village/towns and brought to college by coach. I bet they will be late or absent today because the roads and lanes are so narrow and surrounded on both sides by dikes that help to drain the flat Fens.

Old but spicey!

Snowed again last night in Bexleyheath! It's gone all icy now so it's not too good. It's snowing a bit here in London as well and it's freezing! But not enough to warrent staying home

By the sounds of the weather forecast it looks like tomorrow could be worse!

Just a few measly flakes in the wind here.  Nowhere near enough to settle.

Been snowing on and off today in Stoke, which I have quite enjoyed walking in except when the wind decides to blind me with fluffy snowflakes!

We are still getting the odd flurry, but nothing is really settling.

Thats worse, because its sheet ice, covered with snow. Looks harmless, is lethal.
