After lunch here today we had sleet, then heavy rain, then snow, then rain again! So much for a sunny start. Tonight it's cold but not raining or snowing.
Old but spicey!

There's more snow coming down now. Newcastle only just passed the pitch inspection today and beat chelsea 2-1 if anyone cares.

Bit careless to loose a bollock paulham, you should make sure they are firmly clipped on next time.

They should never have played on that pitch - it was disgraceful! (I am an ardent Chelsea supporter in case nobody guessed)

Although it's cold here in Plymouth we haven't got snow. The last time we had enough snow to cause a day off work was 1997!!

I would love to have snow occasionally, we'd would be forced to stay indoors by the fire and eat chocolate

Mmmm sounds lovely. We had snow in London properly last Feb. Not enough to cause a day off work.

Ok I can beat that Cherry Ripe, the last time we had enough snow to stop work was 1981!

Wow  goldencup that was a long time ago.

Before 1997 I remember having snow in the late 80s (enough to be sent home from school) so I guess one blizzard per decade is all we get here.

Due to the rural nature of my town it doesn't take much snow for me not to be able to get to work

Had a very small flurry of snow here in London. It didn't even settle but it was nice seeing it go by the window.

I'm pinning my hopes on this evening.  The south coast is still supposed to be getting 'snow flurries', probably immediately followed by rainbefore it gets chance to settle and look pretty.
