I tend to eat slices/joints of meat. Like chicken breat etc. Not a fan of things like burgers and nuggets. Though I do like sausages.

TRouble is you can spend your whole life wondering what pre processed meat is. You can only 100% tell what it is if you have killed it yourself.

I won't eat farmed salmon after seeing a programme about the conditions they're kept in and what they're fed on.
