No, I know what you mean Paulham. That matt chocolate had a kind of rougher texture and now it's smooth and rather waxy. A similar thing happened to the Hazelnut Whirl in Roses selections. They used to have a rough, dry textured chocolate but now they're all waxy. I don't like that.
