Green Flag breakdown. I was stranded (no electric) in my car on an uphill ferry slipway with the tide coming in and my car was obstructing other traffic. After 45 minutes the water was starting to reach the car and a white van man kindly stopped and gave my car a jump start. I waited at the top of the slipway for GF to arrive.

When GF finally did arrive they said my battery was dead (um yeah I guessed that) so I was sorry I ever bothered to call them. If I had waited for them to turn up my car would have been under water. Afterwards when I claimed my £10 because they hadn't arrived within an hour they disputed and said they had arrived in 58 minutes.

So what's the best customer service you experienced?

Lucy Drury at jvc. she was an angel! at a time when everybody was telling me i couldn't claim a new cam-corder (for reasons i wont go into), she really went above and beyong the call of duty to help me. this was 6 years ago and i still remember her name, so that should sday something in itself.

when's the last time you gave to charity (if indeed you ever have)... and which charity and how much?

Tenner to Comic relief I think.

When, and about what, did you last feel proper child-like excitement?

Ilie Nastase!  (Tennis player for those too young to remember).

How many Easter eggs are you planning on eating over the weekend?

Er, one. Do people eat more than one? Does it come down to size?

What's the most expensive Easter egg you've ever bought?

No they're not.  Bring back Mackintosh's toffee eggs (not the toffee and mallow ones which were something quite different but also nice).  Lindor are the closest thing I suppose.

Have you caught the sun yet this year?

I try every year but I don't ever seem to have a big enough net! :D No, I still have my Scottish tan.

Are you hoping for rain?

Do you know of anyone who's actually going to a Royal Wedding street party?

nah, i'm hiding from the olympics next year. (which is going to be considerably hard, considering my geographical status.)

LOTR or star wars?

And on that theme - favourite Star Wars film?
