The local tramp was once a millionaire/teacher/laywer/artist but he lost everything when his wife and children died in a house fire (where ever I've lived that's the local story to explain the local tramp)

Mmm... a tricky one.  Probably lots of things, including not having WW1.  But then without it and the ensuing flu pandemic, what would the population of Europe be now?

 

Maybe I would have not killed off the dinosaurs and put them in a big Jurassic Park.
