These boots are made for walking.  Apparently I used to jig up and down to it in my pram!  I remember being in my pram aged one on a summer's day with it on in the kitchen.  Amazingly early memory.

I walk to work and back and walk to town from work. Most of my exercise is from walking these days. That's because I don't drive. I used to swim three times a week but work too many hours to do that now.
