What traditions do you follow, if any, and why?

I always put new bedding on my bed on Christmas eve and it must be purchased no sooner than December 15th.  I don't know why I do it. I thought everyone did and then I realised not. Maybe you should all do it this year.

Do you wear new clothes on Christmas day?

Yes, if I get some I like (and that fit) for Christmas.

And I did reply to the Coca Cola or Pepsi question!

Do you have Champagne for breakfast on Christmas Day?  According to a survey, a large percentage of us do.

Sorry GC , I don't seem to be reading properly.

I used to have champagne with scrambled egg and salmon on toast on Christmas morning but over the past 4 or 5 years I've just had the toast and fresh orange. Not much of a champagne lover really.

Will you be making a new years resolution?

Someone I barely know from work said yesterday "I think you're brilliant" which was definitely the nicest compliment I've had in a while!

Do you get on well with your siblings (if you have any)?

Most of the time the three of us get on really well, but sometimes we drive each other mad!  We do have to phone or see each other almost every day though so I suppose we get on more than we don't.

On the previous subject, somebody asked me recently if my boobs were real and I think that was a compliment!

Will you be cooking everything from scratch on Christmas Day or does Aunt Bessie give you a hand?

I won't be cooking anything, lucky me! My mother does the main Christmas meal from scratch, but she tends to buy a ready-prepared veggie option for me.

Do you have tea on Christmas night or are you too full from lunch?

We have Christmas lunch late (about 2pm) so don't have a normal tea but we do have cheese and biscuits for supper.

I'll watch it if there's been a Royal scandal that year to see if I can spot some veiled reference to it.

Are you as bored as I am today?

Too many and not enough.

Too many for my bank balance, and yet not enough as I lost a couple of people in the last couple of years and I wish I still had to stretch the money a little further to include gifts for them.

Do you go to midnight carol services at your local church?
