We had a mySpace thread a while back, so in the interests of fairness... who else is addicted to Facebook?

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

I don't subscribe to any of these - although I know my kids do. I just think I'm maybe a bit over the hill for such things. I certainly would not want to post a photograph of myself as I am not at all photogenic.

I am not a Facebook member but I do have a myspace with no picture. I was addicted for about a week then lost interest.

I am a member of Facebook (as you know Smurfy!) but I can hardly say I'm addicted.  I haven't really bothered to find about what I can do with it.

LOLLast night I was out with friends and one of my friends introduced me to her workfriend who was celebrating his birthday. I asked him how old he was and he told me to guess. I thought he looked in his early forties so I thought I'd be kind and say I thought he looked 35. Big mistake, he was 29. It got worse when I started laughing and telling him to stop mucking about and admit his real age and my friend said he really was 29.

Someone from school sent me a cheery message the other night like we were old pals who had lost touch. He was vile to me at school, I can't stand him! Why do people try and rewrite history?

Perhaps he has a guilty conscience.  Did you reply?

I was tempted to send a 'thanks for writing, now f*** off and die, love and kisses Smurfy' message, but I don't want him to know I'm bothered, so I'm opting for the diginified silence.

I had a similar experience on friendsreunited. A girl who never spoke to me at school decided we should have a night out. I politely declined her offer.
