Bought a Zip bar in Belgium, tried it today. It's made by Cote d'or (Kraft) in Belgium. It's milk chocolate with caramel and rice. Kind of like a Riesen with rice in it. Very chewy but nice. Worth a try if you like that sort of thing anyway.
