The diary of Paul Potts(Britains got talent winner
« on: July 17, 2007, 08:17:04 am »

Saturday, June 9

Felt smart in my 35 Tesco suit.

Monday, June 11

BORROWED 80 from Mum to buy a new suit for the week of TV performances in London.

A lady introduced me to her husband who had Alzheimer's and had seen the show.

The record company had a suit tailored for me. It felt fantastic. It's far lighter than my 80 one, which is a good job as it's so hot here. Still, I'll never throw the old one out.

Wednesday, July 11

POPPED in to Carphone Warehouse to see my friends - who were so busy I had to sell a phone. I've not resigned - I want to keep my job open as I'm taking every day as it comes.

Riveting read eh?

I had to read Dorothy Wordsworth's diaries at uni - they were even less exciting. She seemed to spend most of her time going for a lie down. I concluded she had some sort of serious wasting disease.
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Having read an interview with Paul Potts in the Mail last weekend (no I didn't buy it!) my opinion of him is even lower than it was before.

Diary of a college lecturer

Tuesday July 17

Had leek and potato soup for lunch. The roll was stale.

Did lots of work.

Read about some bloke whose life is even more boring than mine.
