Marrying a prisoner on death row.
« on: June 23, 2007, 04:05:14 pm »
A former Nottinghamshire woman has married a death row prisoner at a ceremony in a US jail.

Tracy Cope, 44, married James Lewis Morgan, 52, at Central Prison in Raleigh, North Carolina, last week.

Their four-and-a-half-year relationship began when Ms Cope sent the inmate a love poem through a pen pal programme. She has since moved to North Carolina.

It has to be some weird obsession thing when a woman starts writing to someone on death row. I think it is like they want to be in a relationship that they know cannot work. I agree with Scarlet, that woman is a daft cow.

i had a penpal who married a 2nd degree murderer in jail. when he eventually got out he eloped with her best friend. that's the thing about criminals - you just can't trust 'em!
