How on Earth did you fracture your foot? Or is that in a post I haven't found yet?

Thanks Scarlet. I fell off a step and my right foot twisted. I hobbled for 4 days thinking it was a bad sprain but the swelling wouldn't go and I reluctantly went to have an xray which showed a small fracture.

God that must have been so painful. Did you get it put in a cast? Did they give you pain killers?

Please tell me you weren't in pain for your birthday!

Although being a little plastered for your birthday would have been OK!
