Paris Hilton has been jailed for 45 days after being found guilty of violating her probation for a drink-driving conviction.

I believe it will not harm her as she will be treat differently to other prisoners, probably not complete the 45 days, then the money she will make from magazine and tv appearances talking of her "ordeal behind bars" will make it all worthwhile.

i had the very same conversation with my daughter about this, im sure the financial rewards she gets for selling her "harrowing time in jail" story will soon make her feel better and the detox will probably do her good

I don't pay any attention to celebrities of this sort. I can't see the point of them. They just exist to provide eye candy for other people. I would be more interested in them if they did something useful like using their money and their name to encourage more recycling or investment in the Third World or something.

Bob Geldof's daughter was caught leaving a shop with a coat she had not paid for but after Bob was called to the shop there were no charges made against her.

not the same i know,but my admiration for Duncan Bannatyne went up greatly when i read in the paper that his daughter had a birthday party at home and wrecked the joint, he had promised her a cheque for 500 as a birthday present but after her antics when she opened the card it contained a cheque for 500 made out to children in need.

The excuses just get better. Now Paris says cops are always pulling her over because they want to ask her out.

She moaned that she gets into more trouble than most because randy police officers keep hitting on her.
