I always weigh myself on a Saturday morning. Weighing yourself more than once a week gives a false impression as your weight invariably fluctuates.
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

I think I'm normal as far as weight is concerned.
I am just about 5 feet 7 inches and I weigh just over 9 stone.

Feels about right anyway.

Good work should keep the gym up i find it easier going straight after work cos as soon as i hit the sofa i cant be bothered getting up again. Sleepy

I go to the gym in my lunch hour, it gives me energy for the afternoon. Before I started going to the gym at lunchtimes I was ready to fall asleep by 3pm!

Prob just muscle mass if you measure yourself you may have lost inches, ive been really bad this weekend but damage control doesnt seem to bad yet. Unhappy Now bout 10 stone 4 1/2.
