Okay, I'm finally going to get my diet going properly - and I want you to all help me. I'm going to bite the bullet and post my weight here every week; the plan being that I'm less likely to slip up if everyone will know if I do badly. Basically it's Weight Watchers without the 11 quid every week

Target weight: 12st 10lbs
