My results were:

On the right track  you enjoy the healthy things in life such as
smoothies and low-fat foods but are still prone to occasional diet
lapses and perhaps the odd binge-drinking session. Try drinking smaller
amounts more regularly and limiting yourself to the odd treat
remember you can enjoy everything as long as it is in moderation.

I got:
Striking a healthy balance - congratulations, you know that looking after your health means it will look after you. You are putting the right fuel into your body and would sooner jump on the treadmill than into a car unless you absolutely had to. You sleep soundly at night and, because you treat your body with respect, rarely feel stressed. Keep up the good work!

I don't know where it got my binge drinking thing because I rarely drink alcohol. Haven't had any since Christmas.

To be honest, not quite sure why mine sounds so good.  Yeah, I stay quite fit and have a fairly healthy diet, but am not the goody goody my rating makes out.

I got striking a healthy balance. I suppose it's because I don't drive, hardly ever drink, don't smoke and eat a reasonably healthy diet.

Great so I am the only one who got:

Could do better  you know what it takes to be healthy, you just dont have the willpower to improve your diet and get yourself in shape. Make sure you eat at least five bits of fruit and veg a day and take up a sport you know you enjoy instead of giving up on that gym promise three weeks into January

Even though I said I 'strongly disagree' to rarely feeling stressed!
