Yesterday there was a show on TV with Michaela Strachan doing a bit about the lake district. She was walking thorugh some woods and came to a small bridge. My dad said "look there's a cat curled up on that bridge" ... it turned out to be Michaela's horse riding helmet!

I haven't seen an owl in my garden but I did get a lost homing pigeon once. I had to catch it in a cardboard box in order to get the number on its leg, then call the owner who came to collect it.
